As always, there is a ton of stuff to do for the holidays in Carlsbad. The dual resorts, the Westin Carlsbad Resort and Spa and the Sheraton Carlsbad Resort and Spa will be offering family-friendly activities on 3 consecutive Thursday nights in December, beginning next week.
The resorts are located adjacent to each other at 5480 Grand Pacific Drive (the Westin address) off Cannon Road near Legoland, and the events run from 5 until 8 pm.
Attendance is free, and food, beverages and ornaments are available for purchase.
Here’s the schedule:
December 5th
Roast S’mores (purchase), write Letters to Santa, have fun with Ornament decorating (purchase), Holly Trolley rides, enjoy some Cookie Decorating (purchase), live entertainment, Face Painting Elves. There will also be opportunities for photos in a large Snow Globe.
December 12th
Enjoy rides on Holly Trolley, roast some S’mores (purchase), Ferris Wheel, Train rides, live entertainment, games, have fun decorating cookies (purchase), ornament decorating (purchase), and Letters to Santa
December 19th
Snow sledding with REAL snow, Photos with Santa, S’mores (purchase), ornament and cookie decorating (purchase), rides on Holly Trolley, live entertainment, and Christmas carolers.
