The 2021 Carlsbad holiday season is under way, with Holiday at the Rancho less than 2 weeks from now.

The 2021 Holiday at the Rancho offers holiday festivities with a bit of western history at the Leo Carrillo Historic Ranch Park. The event is from 5 to 8 PM.
Leo Carrillo Ranch Historic Park is located at 6200 Flying LC Lane off Melrose in Carlsbad in the Rancho Carrillo area of Carlsbad. The park is about a mile south of Palomar Airport Road (the next light after Poinsettia Avenue).
Holiday at the Rancho will offer plenty of holiday decorations and beautiful lights, and lots of fun for all. You’ll find face painting, holiday crafts, gift shopping, cookie decorating, and live entertainment. And the big event, the holiday tree lighting ceremony with Santa, is on the sand by the pool at 5:45 pm.
Take your own photos or you can buy souvenir photos. Food and beverages will also be available for purchase.
To top it off kids young and old will enjoy the holiday movie on the big screen, “Rise of the Guardians” (rated PG), starting at 6 pm.
The Leo Carrillo Ranch Historic Park will be festively decorated to put you in the holiday spirit, if you aren’t already when you arrive!
The tickets for Holiday at the Rancho are $10.00 per person; children age 3 and under get in free. You may purchase your tickets online or at the door. Please call (760) 602-7519 with any questions.
Please be aware masks will be required for the indoor activities.
Know that parking is somewhat limited at The Leo Carrillo Ranch Historic Park – and this is a popular event. You can also park on adjacent streets or at the Leo Carrillo Elementary School near by.
