I am using ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES (on DOCUSIGN) most of the time (except for REOs and short sales where they are typically not accepted by the banks) since it makes life easier for both buyers and sellers. Being able to sign on any device, without printing out, signing, and then faxing or scanning is a big relief, especially with all the paperwork we generate in the course of our real estate transactions. And the security of these documents and signatures is reassuring.
