The Annual Taste of Carlsbad Village returns in 2025 on October 9th.
So why is this being announced for early?
First of all, the Taste of Carlsbad Village is very popular, and typically sells out quickly every year. Second, tickets go on sale August 29th at 9 am. So be sure to put that on your calendar with an alert if you want to attend. NOTE: THIS EVENT IS SOLD OUT AS OF AUGUST 29.
So what can you expect at the Taste of Carlsbad Village?
Carlsbad foodies spend 3 hours on Thursday October 9th from 5 to 8 pm on a self-guided tour with map and Passport (the ticket), tasting their way around our charming Carlsbad Village. So what’s the appeal? Simply, it’s an opportunity to enjoy bite-sized samples from dozens of local popular restaurants in the Village.
The Taste of Carlsbad Village is a good opportunity to check out restaurants you don’t know or haven’t tried, as well as enjoy your favorites, too! Here’s a list of participating restaurants as of August 12 and more may be added.
NOTE – Ticket prices are still to be announced. Last year Passport Food Only Tickets were $45, and Passport Tickets Plus Adult Sip Stops were $60. The 100 VIP experience tickets were $100 (which included the Food and Sip Stops plus swag and other perks). Only 1000 tickets are being sold.
Adult Sip Stops are hosted in retail locations around the Village. The Sips Stops will offer tastings of craft beer, wine, hard kombucha, hard seltzers, and more (must be 21 and over).
Non-alcoholic beverages plus a water-filling station will be available throughout the evening.
Parking is free in Carlsbad Village, which is a big plus. You’ll want to arrive early to find the best parking given the popularity of this foodie event.
