HOME BUYING VIDEOS
I created a video series for buyers on my YouTube Channel at HOME BUYING TIPS AND ADVICE. You’ll find 23 short (1 – 2 1/2 minute) videos on key things you will want to know as a home buyer. While it’s not everything that’s important to know about home buying, you will gain a better idea of what you can expect and a number of key questions will be answered.

I have created 2 questionnaires to help you think about the issues that may be important to you in your new or next home, including questions about your lifestyle (e.g., proximity to shopping and services). The purpose is to help you narrow down the list of things that you need in a new home so you know what’s most important when searching for the right property. Answering these questionnaires will help you focus on finding the right community and the home that fits your personal needs, lifestyle and budget.

I also have several useful checklists to share at key points in the transaction (e.g., opening escrow, 10 days to closing), to keep you on track so you don’t forget anything.
