National Farmers’ Market Week is August 2nd through the 8th and you could win a terrific prize.
Coming from New England, we have really appreciated the opportunities to buy fresh produce and more at farmers’ market every week, and year round. Oh, we had them in Boston but not all year long – you know those New England winters!!
The Carlsbad Farmers Market (a.k.a. State Street Farmers’ Market) is held every Wednesday from 3 to 6 pm (to 7 pm during the daylight saving time period), and they are sponsoring a contest with some great prizes to celebrate this special week and almost 26 years serving Carlsbad residents.
There are 3 large farmers’ market bags valued at $75, and 10 mini farmers’ market bags ($20 value) both offering a range of products.
