Our competitive housing market continues, with limited inventory (with some inventory increases now in some communities), strong buyer demand and competition for many properties. Average prices, in general, continue to rise in North San Diego County.

As a local Realtor I need to be educated about the local housing market conditions (inventory, pricing, days on market, buyer demand), so I can assist buyers and sellers effectively, and guide them appropriately, with their individual buying and selling decisions.
Local market conditions have a big impact on buying and selling as a result of the competition (supply and demand), days on the market, sales prices as compared to list prices, and multiple offers. Over and over we see that real estate truly IS local!!
