As a local Realtor it’s important for me to understand the local housing market conditions, so I can be as helpful as possible to buyers and sellers and guide them appropriately when essential buying and selling decisions must be made.
Local market conditions have a substantial impact on buying and selling because of competition (supply and demand), time on the market, list prices versus sales prices, and multiple offers. And real estate IS local!!

A well-done market report will give you some of that information. I can provide insights on what the market trends mean for your decision making, timing, expectations, etc. depending on what housing market segment you are interested in – a specific zip code or neighborhood, a style of house (attached [condo, townhome] vs. detached single family home), or a particular price range.
