I review the housing market data every month on the MLS, and write monthly market reports for 11 North San Diego County communities, to share with potential buyers and sellers. Creating these reports helps me understand what’s happening in the local housing markets (and there’s been ALOT in recent months with the pandemic) so I can be as helpful as possible to buyers and sellers when they are making buying and selling decisions.
Market conditions have a significant impact on buying and selling decisions – competition, pricing, sales prices, and multiple offers. Thus these market reports are terrific education for anyone thinking about buying a home now, or in the future, or who have a home they are considering selling.
