Gaining an understanding about what is happening in the local housing markets is essential for me to be as helpful as possible to buyers and sellers when there are critical buying or selling decisions to be made.
Local market conditions have a substantial impact on buying and selling because of competition (supply and demand), time on the market, asking prices versus sales prices, and multiple offers.
Market reports for our communities are essential education for anyone thinking about buying a home now, or in the future, and for those who own a home they are considering selling. Education is priceless!
No doubt YOU have wondered HOW the market is doing from time to time, especially when you hear what the media is saying? A market report will give you some of that information. I can provide insights on what the market trends can mean for your decision making, timing, expectations, etc. depending on what housing market you are interested in – a specific zip code or neighborhood, a style of house (attached [condo, townhome] vs. detached), or a particular price point (say, below $1 million).
