While this series does not cover everything you should know and understand about selling a house, you will gain a better perspective on what to expect and a number of key questions will be answered.

SELLER HANDBOOK and CHECKLISTS
As your listing agent I’ll share my Seller’s Handbook with you (I have one for first time sellers as well as experienced home owners) when we get started. You’ll find lots of information you should be aware of as a seller, even if you have done this before!
When we work together to sell your home I also will share multiple checklists with you, at key points in the transaction, to help you stay on track and not forget anything. For example the “Now That We’re Live” checklist will prepare for you for what happens once your listing goes live on the MLS.
Another checklist will help you prepare for showings. There is also a checklist to let you know about all the activities that take place once you have an accepted offer on your home and we open escrow.
Of course I will be there every step of the way to guide you through your sale, answer all your questions, and help you find the best solution to any problems that might arise.
