This coming Saturday, February 9th, Carlsbad Village is the place to be if you would like to help the community by giving blood, and having some fun shopping and dining!
The Second Annual Heart of the Village Blood Drive will take place from 10 am until 3 pm, sponsored by the Carlsbad Village Association. There is a strong need for blood in our community, and here’s the opportunity to donate at the Bloodmobile.
The Heart of the Village blood donations will be taken at the Mission Federal Credit Union at 710 Carlsbad Village Drive. Last year residents donated almost 50 pints at the inaugural blood drive!

Come enjoy live music, snacks and refreshments, plus merchant discounts and giveaways as a way of saying thank you for donating!
And don’t forget Valentine’s Day is Thursday 14th next week. There are plenty of shopping opportunities nearby, including at the Village Faire Shopping Center at 300 Carlsbad Village Drive, to grab that perfect gift for someone special!
