Need something fun AND free to do tonight?
Come listen to the Carlsbad High School Jazz Band at Choice Superfood Bar and Juicery in the heart of Carlsbad Village, with 2 concerts – 1 at 5 pm, the 2nd at 6 pm. I’ve heard the Jazz Band several times and they are GOOD!
The weather is beautiful right now and it should be a terrific evening in the Village. Choice Juicery offers a pleasant park area (the lawn is artificial turf) to sit and enjoy the entertainment and your food and drinks. There is some seating but you might want to bring you own chairs, and blankets for the chilly sea air!

The Juicery is located at 430 Carlsbad Village Drive, at the corner of State Street. While there is plenty of parking (and IT’S FREE) you can expect a pretty good crowd in the Village on a Friday night so plan accordingly. And remember it’s a HOLIDAY WEEKEND, too!!
Once you’ve enjoyed the concert you can head out for some shopping nearby, or dine at one of the many eateries nearby in the Village. Given the holiday and I highly recommend you make reservations so you don’t have to wait in line on a busy Friday night!
