Here are the February 2021 market reports for 11 North San Diego County communities where I typically work with buyers and sellers. The data are pulled from the MLS every month.
As an area Realtor it’s essential for me to understand what’s happening in the local housing markets so I can be as helpful as possible to buyers and sellers when critical buying or selling decisions must be made.
Local market conditions have a substantial impact on buying and selling because of competition (supply and demand), time on the market, asking prices versus sales prices, and multiple offers.
No doubt YOU have wondered HOW the market is doing from time to time, especially when you hear what the media is saying.
A market report will give you some of that information. I can provide insights on what the market trends mean for your decision making, timing, expectations, etc. depending on what housing market you are interested in – a specific zip code or neighborhood, a style of house (attached [condo, townhome] vs. detached single family home), or a particular price point.
