Why not enjoy the DOG DAYS of SUMMER and take your pooch to DOG BEACH in DEL MAR at the North End of town bordering Solana Beach.
In case you aren’t familiar with the area, head South on the Coast Road/Route 101, and just after Solana Beach (at Via de la Valle) and past the bluff you will see parking along the street (yes, you HAVE to pay, or get ticketed) and you’re at DOG BEACH
It can get pretty busy, especially on the weekends, and parking CAN be a challenge. Be sure to pick up after your 4-legged friend.
Expect a crowd, plus their owners at DOG BEACH in DEL MAR.
