Here are my favorite ways to celebrate the 4th of July in Carlsbad. What do YOU enjoy doing, besides spending time at the beach, having a picnic or grilling out, and enjoying friends and family?
Red, White and BOOM
The famous Legoland July 4th celebration. Come enjoy 60+ rides, shows, and other attractions, plus games and the awesome fireworks display that can be seen for miles (for those choosing to sit at home). The Legoland fireworks are at 8:30 PM.
Carlsbad TGIF Jazz in the Parks
An annual tradition on 9 consecutive Friday nights, and this one is particularly special because of the 4th of July. At Stagecoach Park, free to all, from 6:00 – 8:00 PM.
Fireworks at the Omni La Costa Resort
Very popular, especially for those living in the La Costa area by the golf course. Celebrate the 4th of July in Carlsbad at the La Costa Resort with live music, great food, activities (Spa under the Stars, S’More Roast) and of course their famous fireworks over the golf course at 9 PM.
