If you enjoy a good treasure hunt then you might find the Carlsbad Village Treasure hunt to be right up your alley – it’s happening right now, but there is still plenty of time!
From November 13th through November 29th, residents can take part in a treasure hunt to discover historical sites, places to dine, businesses, and more in Carlsbad Village, AND qualify to win prizes – a total of $1000 worth!
This 1st Treasure Hunt is sponsored by the Carlsbad Village Association, and in the midst of our pandemic and all the restrictions it provides a safe way to explore the Village and have some fun, since the normal gatherings we would see at this time of year are not allowed.

You must complete a minimum of 13 of the activities (3 of these must be photos) to qualify for the prize drawings; there are 15 $50 gift cards donated by Village businesses, plus a $50 gift card from the Carlsbad Village Association.
Those who complete all activities will be part of a Grand Prize drawing; there will be 2 winners, one receiving a $100 gift card and the other will win a $100 gift basket.
Here’s what you should know: your entry must be received before midnight on Sunday, November 29th (remember, Saturday November 28th is Small Business Saturday!). You must take a clear, readable photo of your completed game card and email it in – be sure to sign it, and make sure your name, email, phone number and all your answers are legible (and check all the boxes to indicate the photos you took).

Winners will be selected randomly on November 30th – be sure to keep all your photos in a handy place since you will need to submit them for verification if you are selected as one of the winners! Winners will be announced on December 2 in the CVA eNewsletter, on their website, and on their social media sites.
