The 2018 Carlsbad Music Festival, offering multiple free and ticketed concerts, is this coming weekend in Carlsbad Village on August 24, 25 and 26.

The 15th annual Carlsbad Music Festival is sure to be a hit with the crowd as it is every year, offering “adventurous music by the beach” (per their website). There will be 10 ticketed Mainstage performances and numerous free concerts at various locations around town, featuring over 34 individual artists and groups.

Our community by the sea has a well established reputation as an arts community, with multiple arts and crafts fairs and festivals, the city-owned Cannon Art Gallery, the TGIF Concerts in the Parks series in the summer, the Museum of Making Music and multiple musical performances, the New Village Arts Theater, and so much more. The Carlsbad Music Festival has received regional and national acclaim for the performers, who are talented and innovative, and we can expect the same in 2018. Not only do residents and visitors get to enjoy outstanding, creative music but there is an artisan market, food trucks, and a beer garden on Saturday and Sunday, in our down town Village just 2 blocks from the ocean.
