As you can see CARLSBAD is in a SELLER’S MARKET, as are all other nearby communities, except Rancho Santa Fe, having low inventory and buyer demand that means the market favors sellers. Carlsbad homes are selling relatively quickly, in general, often with multiple offers and near or at/above asking price in some cases.
