Each month I review housing market data on our MLS, and compile market reports for 11 North San Diego County communities that I serve, for potential buyers and sellers and for clients. It’s critical for me to understand what’s happening in the local housing markets (and there have been many shifts in recent months as a result of the pandemic), so I can be as helpful as possible to buyers and sellers and they can then make informed buying and selling decisions.

The local market conditions have a substantial impact on buying and selling due because of competition, time on the market, asking prices and sales prices, and multiple offers. Market reports for our communities are excellent education for anyone thinking about buying a home now, or in the future, or for those who have a home they are considering selling.
