As a local Realtor it’s essential that I understand the local housing market conditions, so I can be as helpful as possible to buyers and sellers and guide them appropriately when important, and personal, buying and selling decisions must be made.
Local market conditions have a substantial impact on buying and selling because of competition (supply and demand), time on the market, list prices versus sales prices, and multiple offers. And real estate IS local!!
