Where Will The Housing Market Bounce Back?

I saw an article the other day, courtesy of a good friend of mine, that suggests the SAN DIEGO HOUSING MARKET is high on the list of areas expected to see improvement in 2011.
If you look at my most recent MARKET REPORT you will see some positive trends for some communities (not all of San Diego is represented) with some upward trends in year over year from 2009 to 2010.

San Diego is looking good, Jeff. Let’s hope it trickles up to my neck of the woods.
You may be right Jeff. I’m hearing encouraging words from Realtor friends in other parts of the country as well. My area is certainly seeing an upward trend since the 4th quarter of 2010.
Would love for it to be us but we are in decline again! No better place in the world for the recovery than my favorite city in the world – San Diego!
