Using Electronic Signatures with Docusign – A Tutorial

  • I am using ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES more and more (except for REOs and short sales where they are typically not accepted by the banks) since it makes life easier for both buyers and sellers. Being able to sign on any device, without printing out, signing, and then faxing or scanning is a big relief, especially with all the paperwork we generate in the course of our real estate transactions. And the security of these documents and signatures is reassuring.

    I created this tutorial that I will be sharing with clients so they know what to expect about ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES, particularly if it is something new. Hope you find it helpful.
