One of the favorite summer events in Carlsbad, or rather series of events, are the TGIF Concerts in Parks, held on 9 consecutive Friday evening in one of Carlsbad’s beautiful community parks.
The first day of Summer is tomorrow, the 21st, and the first TGIF concert will be held this Friday night at STAGECOACH COMMUNITY PARK at 3420 Camino de los Coches in 92009.
The first concert will feature Sue Palmer & Her Motel Swing Orchestra (Blues/Boogie Woogie) and it’s sure to be a fun time. And our weather is supposed to be beautiful!!
Concert goers in the know always get there early for the best seating and parking, so with the concert starting at 6 pm (with intermission around 7), plan accordingly, and bring your food, wine, chairs and blankets!
