We’ve had beautiful summer weather and Carlsbadians will get to enjoy another beautiful summer evening of free music at the 6th of the 9 TGIF Concerts in the Parks in Carlsbad.
Tonight features Sully & the blue-Eyed Soul Band (R & B cover) who no doubt will delight many and prompt plenty of dancing from kids and adults alike! The concert is at Poinsettia Community Park, at 6600 Hidden Valley Road south of Palomar Airport Road.
If you’ve been before you know these concerts get crowded and parking can be a challenge, so be sure to arrive early to find the best parking in the surrounding neighborhood areas and great seats. And bring some cash so you can take advantage of abundant raffle prizes sponsored by the Carlsbad Friends of the Arts which help to fund these free concerts and other arts events during the year.
