Foodie alert in Carlsbad Village!
If you really enjoy food and dining out, you will love this Shop with the Chef Dinner series, hosted by Chef Adam Stuart of The Compass in Carlsbad Village.
A limited number of guests can join Chef Stuart on select Wednesdays as he gets inspired and shops for local ingredients at the popular Carlsbad Farmers Market on State Street. You’ll then join him at Compass Restaurant, seated at a special table, as he prepares a special 5-course meal.
Tickets for the Shop with a Chef dinner are only $50, which includes a tip. Drinks are not included in pricing but so what!! It’s a great deal, and sure to be lots of fun to see a talented chef at work from start to finish and, no doubt, to enjoy some delicious food.
The first Shop with the Chef dinner is Wednesday June 21; other dinner opportunities are July 19, August 16, and September 20.

The Compass Restaurant is located on the 2nd floor in the Village Faire shopping area in the heart of the Village at 300 Carlsbad Village Drive, just a block over from the State Street Farmers Market.
