NOW is the Time to Buy a New Home

You may be asking yourself IF now is the right time to buy a new home.

I wouldn’t be surprised, given all the negativity in the news about the stock market, jobs, world economies, housing, and more.

Certainly there are factors to consider – do you have a job, do you have a down payment, and is your credit good enough to meet the stricter guidelines of the lenders?

For many, the answer is YES, and there are some compelling arguments for why NOW is the time to buy a new home, affordability being on of them.

The answer is a personal one, obviously, but with very low interest rates and many areas in buyers markets, the conditions are favorable for those looking to jump into the real estate market.
