Some homes have distant views of the ocean, the back country, the La Costa golf course, and the community itself, and 1 neighborhood (Balearas) is gated. Most properties are single family detached homes with 1 exception: Avellino, a townhome (condo) community still being developed.
La Costa Greens has continued to grow since beginning construction earlier last decade, and now consists of 10 different villages, developed by well-known area builders with a range of styles, floor plans, upgrades, and sizes: starting around 2700 SF and up to approximately 5500, with 3-5 bedrooms and 2.5 – 5.5 baths.
Four La Costa Greens communities are still offering new construction as of this writing – Marisol, Avellino, SolTerra (final phase including models), and Viridian.
