Day 65 – Attend the Del Mar Races and Bet on the Ponies

The DEL MAR RACES have been famous for years and are a MUST DO for many here in Southern California, and from elsewhere around the country.Whether you attend OPENING DAY (already past) or not, a day at the races can be a lot of fun. Ticket prices vary quite a bit depending on whether you want to be in the grandstand or in-field, but there is something for everyone, even if you do not bet on the ponies.
The DEL MAR RACES opened at the DEL MAR RACETRACK (website) on July 18th and will run through September 5th, the Wednesday after Labor Day.
