Having moved a bunch of times both locally as well as across significant distances, I’ve found that while the general process is similar, the challenges of home buying and moving a substantial distance are more difficult.
Coordinating a home sale AND a new home purchase a distance away is tough, but with the Internet and a great REALTOR in your new location you will be more prepared AND can get the help you need.
