Many buyers and sellers are bewildered by “real estate-ese.”
REALTORS have a language all their own, as do mortgage brokers, inspectors, and escrow and title professionals. And while I try to not use all the lingo but talk in language buyers and sellers will understand, sometimes that real estate word will slip out.
But there is a lot of terminology that you should know if you are in the buying and selling process.
